Are you yearning for more sun? I know I am! Iris contacted me well before I moved to NYC to set up a Love Story session for her and her boyfriend Ben. As planning got under way, Ben figured how much more fun would it be if they got engaged and it became an engagement session?! Ben, I like the way you think. So by the time we met up on an absolutely perfect fall afternoon in Fort Tryon Park, Iris and Ben were on their way to becoming forever together.
In many ways, Iris was able to break my photography down in so much analytic detail way more advanced than any other client I’ve ever worked with. No surprise though, she’s a graphic designer! She set the bar high for me to meet, and I am so happy to finally show these photographs now that I’m finding more time to blog. Iris and Ben compliment each other really well – I often say that my couples are wonderful microcosms of how opposites attract and make each other better versions of themselves, and that is exactly the play you see here. Be it that they are silly, thoughtful, or just having fun, they are fully in love with everything that the other person represents.
The fall colors we had were amazing
There’s a bit of a story behind this series… let’s just say poking Ben’s stomach makes for fun laughs
