Diane and Ryan, a Love Story in NYC and Brooklyn

Diane and Ryan overcame an incredible number of events in their lives to get to where they are today. Without getting into too much detail, I have to say that I was very blown away by their faith in each other, their steadfast persistence, through long distance, Ryan’s active duty with the US Navy, and uncertainty. Diane had also been a long time fan of my photography work, and I really appreciate my fans, especially the ones who have been there with me since the start. You guys are the ones who have helped me to where I am today, through all my ups and downs, and I am so blessed. This inspiration is what led to this Love Story session that I was able to photograph for them on a beautiful (but slightly cold :D) day in NYC and Brooklyn Bridge Park. They are now married five years strong and man, the day they have babies, those are going to be beautiful babies! Diane’s already creamy alabaster skin and smile was enhanced by the handiwork of Irene Kim Makeup, thank you Irene! And Ryan? Dreamy eyes, man, wish I could clone them. Heh.

I love how beautiful Diane looks in this photograph!

Ryan can always make her laugh =)

Sunset is one of my favorite times to photograph. We had so much sun on this day!

Thank you Diane and Ryan for making the trip all the way up here, it was such an honor to meet you guys together in person!
