Don’t worry, we didn’t entirely trash Kim’s dress! I guess the better way to frame this is that we rocked the frock! With every destination wedding assignment, I always highly recommend a post-wedding day session in your locale. After all, you took so much time and trouble and money to get here, might as well take full advantage of it! Also, with a destination wedding and the climate of the locale, we can’t always guarantee the perfect weather on your day, so the day after session is just another chance at relaxed portraits that truly capture your love. We had most of the session done in Negril, Jamaica, which was around a 45-minute drive from our resort. We actually drove past these areas on our way to the rehearsal dinner so I was able to scout these locations beforehand. Kim and Evon, bless their hearts, probably only had a couple of hours of sleep because we had to leave at dawn, but these photos I think are so worth it. SO WORTH IT.
You know, sometimes you take one of those… once-in-year kind photographs? This would be one of them. This is really where you have to have the right location
Kim – radiant, stunning, are just words that I can begin to describe you with
I love me some bright colors!!
Flirting a little more
These houses just had the most amazing painted sides. I really like the slightly worn-down paint look
Kim and Evon frequently eat at the Rockhouse Hotel. The staff was kind enough to let us take a couple of photos there
Back to the Palladium
By the pool…. I was knee-deep in water at this point
And yes, we did go into the water =) A refreshing way to end on a very hot day!

Thank you Kim and Evon for putting your trust in me for your special day – with us in so many different cities (Boston/Chicago, New York City, Baltimore), different work schedules, I’m so glad we were able to make everything work. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness throughout, I can see it in your friends and how much they all enjoyed this trip, and how during your wedding speech you acknowledged how far everyone has come to be there for you. You two are so beautiful inside and out, many blessings from my heart to yours!
