Monica and David, Married! | Tower Hill Botanical Garden Wedding

This was a wedding over a decade in the making. Monica and David dated over ten years with long distance, and finally on this amazing day, tied the knot in a day full with fun, laughter, fusion, and dancing. Even if temperatures plummeted to the 40s, it rained, and was windy beyond comparison, it did not dampen the amazing happiness we all witnessed on this day.

I usually begin by photographing the groom. He’s not too bad-looking ;)

By the way, I highly recommend Indochino for those who want affordable bespoke suits. I love their style and you get your name embroidered inside

Everybody get ready for some amazing shoes. Love me some Kate Spade

We sped off to this pretty awesome abandoned church in the area so we could find a sheltered place for photographs. Monica walked up to David in the most adorable pair of red Hunter rainboots

Everyone huddled in between photos, it was pretty cold!

After getting the wedding party back on the yellow school bus that they came in, we quickly fired off some more photos with Monica and David because despite how cold it was, the lighting and the setting was amazing

Just so you know, I 150% approve of wearing a beautiful sheer veil on your wedding day

Monica, you are amazing

To whoever gets these two people as your doctors in your future, you are very, very lucky

More rain…

We drove back to Tower Hill Botanical Garden and continued with some more fun inside

I took the photo of David during a water break. I think David can sell anyone a glass of water

Most of all, what I love about this couple is that they have a lot of fun and are so silly around each other

Monica and David opted for an unplugged wedding ceremony, which allowed every guest to truly be present

Monica and David incorporated various Korean and Chinese traditions in their wedding ceremony

Tower Hill Botanical Garden has this beautiful glasshouse-like structure where you can hold the wedding. I hope we can come back one day to do the outdoor photos of Monica and David when it’s not raining, it’s truly an extraordinary venue in the Boston area

The wedding used a wonderful and fun shade of fuchsia. It was peony season (my favorite flower), and little chalkboard signs signaling places where Monica and David had dates were placed in little jars of M&Ms

This guy… danced to Britney Spears “…Baby One More Time”. Awesome.

Thank you thank you thank you Monica and David for putting your trust in me that New Year’s Eve! It has been such an incredible journey to see you guys become married and to be a part of it
